This week we celebrate Thanksgiving and, of course, many of us will be sitting down with family and friends to enjoy a day of visiting and a terrific meal.
Unfortunately, there are many in our world that won’t be having that experience. To some, it will be a day just like any other – one filled with despair, profound sadness, as well as hunger.
We at First International Title ask that in the coming days and weeks you take the time to try and help a neighbor in need. Maybe, it involves donating time to help feed the homeless, or simply making a donation to a charity. Whatever the choice, it’s all about making a difference!
In recent days, the First International Title corporate office put together 60 baskets to help feed families on Thanksgiving. The baskets included roasting pans and sides. We’re expecting many of our branch offices around the state will also engage in charitable acts not only for Thanksgiving but throughout the holiday season.
An unknown author once said “No one who achieves success does so without acknowledging the help of others. The wise and confident acknowledge this help with gratitude.” Need we say anymore?
With that, we wish all of our customers and friends a very Happy Thanksgiving and an enjoyable forthcoming holiday season. May all your wishes come true!
